Abstract
Este módulo describe las características principales de las placas de circuito impreso (PCB). En el primer apartado se presenta una breve historia de las PCB. Posteriormente, se abordan los procesos de diseño y de fabricación de PCB y, finalmente, se presenta un caso de estudio en el último apartado del módulo.
