Abstract

Law Analysis is a legal-information platform focused on Ukrainian legislation. It responds tothe difficulty of navigating a very large body of legal acts published largely as raw text, withoutthe structure, filtering, or analytics needed for efficient research. The proposed ecosystemconverts legal documents into structured, article-level information and supports analysis ofamendments, regulatory subjects, and relationships among acts. It is intended for students, researchers, citizens, legal analysts, experts, organisations, and public-sector users who needmore than simple document reading.

The platform was described as an integrated legal ecosystem rather than a document viewer. At its centre, laws are decomposed into articles and linked to a subject registry and aknowledge-graph-like semantic structure. This is intended to make regulatory relationshipsvisible, support searches by subject, and help identify amendments, conditions, and conflicts. The presentation also proposed analytics over large collections of legal acts and a contextualassistant that would return clear, plain-language answers. Open registries were identified asinputs to the wider system.

User access is organised by role. Guests can inspect the feature set and core public functions.A client profile—illustrated through students, researchers, and citizens—adds participation indiscussions, proposals, voting, and personal work. A lawmaker workspace is aimed at lawstudents, analysts, and experts handling full amendments, version comparisons, and draft-lawchanges. Supervisor and administrator functions were also shown, alongside dashboards, security auditing, access control, and subject-management facilities. During Q&A, the team emphasised that the platform should remain open to people who wish to examine legislationand submit suggestions.

The presentation included a short product video and interface screenshots. The videodemonstrated automatic division of laws into parts, complexity ranking based on size andsubject density, and interactive visualisation of amendments to regulatory acts. The presenterdistinguished the working online platform and a database under construction from the broaderscaling roadmap. Further model development, expansion of data coverage, and engagementwith government partners were presented as future directions rather than completedoutcomes.
