Authors

Abstract

Introduction. Mental health is an essential aspect of our well-being and happiness. It enables us to live a satisfying and productive life. There are many benefits associated with mental health. It provides us with a state of happiness and well-being, helps us realize our creative abilities, and resist stress and painful mental states. We define the state of mental health through such characteristics as the realization of creative abilities, stable peace of mind, the ability to withstand life stresses, harmonious functioning of emotions, and the ability to communicate and build relationships with others. We emphasize that the capacity for creativity allows students to express themselves and develop their talents. Stable peace of mind enables maintaining emotional balance even in difficult situations. The ability to resist stress is important for maintaining psychological well-being. With harmonious functioning of the psyche, emotions are controlled. The ability to communicate and build relationships in society is key to psychological comfort and overall mental health. Now, in the conditions of total digitalization of life, the issue of mental health is becoming increasingly relevant. The mental health of student youth is a problem that requires particularly close attention. During this period of life, young people face many new challenges that can negatively affect their psychological well-being.The course aims to raise awareness about the prevalence of mental health problems among student youth in the context of digitalization, provide knowledge about factors affecting psychological health, and inform about available resources and services for mental health support.
