The course “Transversality and Integrity” is essential for developing a deep understanding of interconnections and interactions across various fields of knowledge in a digital environment. By focusing on transversal aspects, learners will explore the principles and methods for solving complex problems that span various scientific and practical domains inapplicable within a digital context. The discipline fosters the development of analytical and critical skills necessary for an integrated approach to addressing contemporary problems that require collaboration across different fields of knowledge and teamwork in interdisciplinary settings, including digital environment.

Objectives

Transdisciplinary skills: The ability to apply knowledge and methods from different scientific fields to solve complex tasks and problems that require an integrated approach; the ability to work in interdisciplinary and intercultural teams, considering different opinions and interests.

Integrity of thinking: The ability to see the big picture, understand interconnections, and recognize the impact of various factors on specific situations.

Communication skills: The ability to communicate effectively and exchange ideas with representatives from different fields of knowledge, emphasizing clarity and mutual understanding.

Critical, analytical, creative thinking: The ability to analyze information, identify key aspects of problems, and formulate reasoned decisions; the ability to analyze and synthesize information from different sources and fields of knowledge; the capacity for reflection and self-assessment.

Problem-solving ability: Forming practical skills in solving complex tasks that require a combination of different disciplinary approaches.

Readiness for continuous learning and development in a dynamic and uncertain world.

Awareness of social responsibility and ethical principles, the ability to adapt to changes and new conditions.
